Healing happens in good company.
Group therapy pairs the support of a therapist with the understanding of people who get it. You take part, you listen, and you find you are not carrying it alone. It is one of the most affordable and connected ways to do this work.
- A safe, welcoming space led by a licensed therapist
- Focused on anxiety, trauma recovery, and building resilience
- Small groups so every voice is heard

Meet Misty Besch, LCSW
My understanding of resilience did not come only from textbooks. With a background in the military — both as an active-duty service member and as a military spouse — I know firsthand what it means to face upheaval and the long work of finding your footing again.
Today I bring that same steadiness to the therapy room. My approach is warm and collaborative, and it treats you as a whole person, mind and body together. Grounded in Adlerian theory, I draw on EMDR, trauma-focused CBT, Internal Family Systems, and play therapy, and I meet you exactly where you are.
Whether you are working through long-standing pain, a recent difficulty, or just want someone to walk beside you with fresh perspective, I am here to help.
