Common questions

Before you reach out

Do you take my insurance?

Medicaid and Idaho Blue Cross Blue Shield are accepted. Private pay and a sliding scale are also available. If you are not sure about your plan, send me your insurance details and I will check for you.

What happens in the first session?

Mostly listening. We talk about what brought you in, what you are hoping for, and how I work. There is nothing to prepare and nothing you have to share before you are ready.

How much does a session cost?

[ Add your session fee and sliding scale range here. ]

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Secure video sessions are available to anyone located in Idaho, which makes it easier to keep going when travel, weather, or schedules get in the way.

Do you work with children and teens?

Yes. I use play therapy and an age-friendly approach that helps younger clients name and manage big feelings. Parents are part of the process.

What is your cancellation policy?
