Group Therapy

You don't have to carry it alone.

Group therapy brings together the guidance of a licensed therapist and the understanding of people who truly get it. It's one of the most affordable, connected, and powerful ways to heal.

Why it works

There's something powerful about being understood.

Individual therapy is wonderful — and so is discovering you're not the only one. Group offers things one-on-one work simply can't.

You're not alone

Hearing others put words to what you've felt is a relief that's hard to describe until you've felt it.

Real connection

A group becomes a small community of people who show up for each other, week after week.

More affordable

Group sessions cost less than individual therapy, making consistent support easier to sustain.

What to expect

Safe, structured, and never forced.

  • 1

    A welcoming, confidential space

Groups are small and led by a licensed therapist. What's shared in the room stays in the room.

  • 2

You share only what you're ready to

There's no pressure to speak before you're comfortable. Listening is participating too.

  • 3

    Guided, not free-for-all

Each session has gentle structure and direction, so it always feels safe and purposeful.

  • 4

    Practical tools you can use

You'll build real skills — managing triggers, regulating emotions, and setting boundaries.

The bravest thing you can do is let someone in.

You're welcome here, exactly as you are.
Common questions

Curious about group?

Do I have to talk in group?

Never before you're ready. Many people spend their first sessions mostly listening, and that's completely okay. Listening and being present is part of the work.

Is what I share kept private?

Yes. Confidentiality is a core group agreement — what's shared in the room stays in the room, and everyone commits to it at the start.

How much does group cost?

Group sessions are $45. That's part of what makes group such an accessible way to get consistent support.

Can I do group and individual therapy?

Absolutely. Many people find that group and one-on-one work complement each other beautifully. We can talk about what combination fits you.

Who is the group for?

The current group, Reclaiming Yourself After Trauma, is for women working through the impact of trauma. As new groups form, offerings may expand — reach out to hear what's current.

What if group isn't right for me?

That's okay. The free consult is exactly for figuring that out — and if individual therapy is a better fit, we'll go that direction instead.
