My path here

Grounded in real life, not just theory.

My understanding of resilience did not come only from textbooks. With a background in the military, I know firsthand what it means to face upheaval, uncertainty, and the long work of finding your footing again.

That experience shapes how I show up in the therapy room. I understand trauma, transition, and the quiet strength it takes to keep going when life feels heavy. I am not easily rattled, and I do not flinch at the hard stuff.

Whether you are working through long-standing pain, a recent difficulty, or simply a sense that something needs to feel different, I am here to walk alongside you toward healing and growth — meeting you exactly where you are.

How I work

Whole-person, collaborative, and real.

Grounded in Adlerian theory, I see therapy as a collaborative process — one that fosters insight, encouragement, and growth. I treat you as a whole person, honoring the connection between mind and body, and I work alongside you rather than handing down instructions from across the room.

Mind and body together

Trauma and stress live in the body, not just the mind. We pay attention to both, with mindfulness woven through the work.

You set the pace

There is nothing you have to share before you are ready. We go at a speed that feels safe for you.

Collaborative and encouraging

Therapy is a partnership. I offer insight and encouragement, and real tools you can carry into everyday life.

Rooted in North Idaho

Proud to serve my own community.

North Idaho is home. I understand the rhythms of life here — the seasons, the small-town connections, and the quiet resilience of the people in this part of the state. Having lived the military life, I have a special understanding of service members, veterans, and the families who support them.

Sessions are available in person at my Coeur d'Alene office, or by secure telehealth anywhere in Idaho, so distance and weather never have to get in the way of care.
